BThe operational fix

One recurring problem.
One concrete solution.

For one specific operational pain. A focused engagement to identify the friction, qualify the right response, and deliver a usable process, automation, dashboard or lightweight app in a few weeks. Deployed and yours.

Client case · Apparel manufacturing

The application holds the data. The assistant is connected to it. The team talks to it directly.

Apparel manufacturing
Challenge

Production tracking, from order to invoicing, lived in a shared spreadsheet. Purchase orders arrived as PDFs in a different format for every client and were re-typed by hand, while major clients demanded traceability the spreadsheet could not provide.

Engagement

A hybrid model. The tracking application holds the data, the rules and the history. The AI assistant is connected to it, and the team talks to it directly to act in the tool: it reads the purchase order received as a PDF, whatever its format, splits it into one order per model and puts it into tracking as a draft.

Impact

Orders enter without re-typing, and nothing reaches production tracking without a human validating the draft. One source of truth from order to invoicing, every change traced: who, what, when. The team owns the tool, the accounts and the data.

From WhatsApp coordination to boutique-level operational visibility.

Luxury retail
Challenge

The typical problem: boutique openings and field feedback that rely on local habits, WhatsApp loops and manual trackers.

Demonstration

A lightweight operating tool for boutique openings, feedback loops, review collection and HQ visibility.

Building blocks

Most AI opportunities fall into
a few operational patterns.

Across sectors, the same frictions recur in different forms. A handful of reusable AI patterns covers most of them, which is why a concrete fix ships in a few weeks, not months. The examples below illustrate typical problems, not references.

What you get is not a report. It is usable AI in operation.

Interactive checklist

A process living in one person's head, turned into steps with owners and progress tracking.

Opening a site in a network, from six months out to launch. Site handover at an architecture firm. A new employee's first days.
Indicative example: process passed on by word of mouth → step-by-step guided flow

Financial simulator

Variable inputs, calculated outputs, exportable result. The decision made on numbers, not gut.

Cost price of a prosthesis in a dental lab. Margin on a deal at a trading company. Leasing or buying equipment.
Indicative example: decision taking several days → settled in one session

Document generator

A form that turns inputs into a clean, branded, laid-out PDF. Every time, in seconds.

Quotes, site reports, delivery notes, production sheets, handover records.
Indicative example: rebuilt from scratch each time → produced in a few minutes

Multi-entity dashboard

Scattered KPIs aggregated into one consolidated view, plus a per-entity drill-down.

Performance by site across a network. Margin by customer at a trading company. Dental lab workload by practitioner. Subcontractor scheduling.
Indicative example: weekly manual assembly → always current

Score & qualification

A short questionnaire that returns a score plus the points that need attention.

Creditworthiness of a trading customer. Completeness of a prescription received by a dental lab. Process maturity. Sorting incoming requests.
Indicative example: qualification call needed → answered by form

Smart form & automation

Conditional logic that routes, generates, or triggers: follow-ups that actually get sent.

A dental practice ordering from its lab. Site visit report. Quote follow-up at D+7. Renewal reminders.
Indicative example: follow-up forgotten → triggered automatically
